Are hairdressers non essential retail?

Yes but they can’t six foot distance with their clients and have to spend longer than 15 mins in the immediate vicinity of so I think they won’t be allowed back without a specialist plan

They are retail only for the sale of hair products you take away.

The hairdressing itself is the provision of a service, not retail.

They can open to retail goods, but not to provide services.

Shame! Although I think I read something about them maybe being open from 4 July. The waiting list will be horrendous though!
