Can anyone recommend any good geopolitics documentaries?

Or any really engrossing, informative documentaries about anything political in other countries? I did a geopolitics course on my Erasmus year at uni and the teacher was fantastic. I'd give anything to feel that level of engagement again. I'm hoping it's possible. Has anyone been really impressed by anything, in English or alternatively French?

Well, I suppose Ai Wei Wei's "Human Flow" comes to mind. There are a lot of political documentaries about America, depending on what you're looking for. Or there are documentaries about issues that include other countries, and FLOW (the similarity in titles is just coincidental) comes to mind, which is about water.

Pippa Malmgren's book, "Signals" is an excellent read.

As for videos they're generally too emotive from an obvious ideological standpoint to be of any use.
