I am not always up to date so perhaps one of our ladies here can fill me in. Is she planning on seizing empty properties? Building more Council houses? Thanks

I think no stamp duty for first time buyers. This won't tackle the problem - the real difficulty is getting a sufficient deposit together and in the south -east the stupid prices, which are way out of reach of first time buyers.

Removing planning controls on building upwards is what I've seen - Telegraph I think
