How do you feel about bloggers telling their following how to vote? I just watched my Instagram and there was one person who I won't name who went to great lengths to explain her political views! It really shocked me (a little bit because she is far posher with her opinions than I thought) but shouldn't we censor it?! It's propaganda?

Aren't people entitled to say what they think? Do you mean they are MN bloggers?

It's not propaganda to explain why you believe what you believe. Their listeners have the right to agree or not.

I don't see how it is any different than, for example, The Sun explicitly backing a party.

They're not working for a supposedly unbiased news channel or anything so no reason why they shouldn't. Whether anyone should care what their views are is another matter!
