More on Trump

It is a Trump world and as the Modi saying goes

“Aab Ki Baar Trump Sarkar”

and as the Stump for Trump Sisters say

"Get on the Trump Train or get the hell out of the way"

Rock'n'roll

I don't think the world is worse now than under Bush.
9/11

So are you saying Bush was responsible for 9/11?
Are you a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist?

DarthPlagueis · 19/12/2016 23:39

"Are you a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist?"

No I think she was saying that 9/11 happened under Bush it caused great instability even domestically for a long time.

I also don't think that anyone on the Trump side should be accusing others of conspiracy theories.

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:39

I wasn't just talking about you Chris don't worry! (what an ego!), it is Miss who keeps banging on about salt.
It's not all about you, gosh!

Missswatch · 19/12/2016 23:39

I would salt the Alaskan roads. Btw I cannot speak for Chris

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:40

"Btw I cannot speak for Chris"
Then you cannot know who Chris does or doesn't want locked up.

Lweji · 19/12/2016 23:42

Misss, this is not a sport competition (which my buddies won this summer, I may add, so it wasn't overall such a bad year), it's real life.
It's not about who won but what will happen in real life to real people.

Trump should really get on with work not going on silly victory tours that nobody ever has taken.
Even sporting heros are less egomaniacal.

Missswatch · 19/12/2016 23:42

Chris isn't the monster under your bed you know... or maybe he/she is?

Missswatch · 19/12/2016 23:44

Real life, real people, real change. Real lives made better, real people getting happier, real change to the country

Real salt from the tears of the left

Lweji · 19/12/2016 23:46

So are you saying Bush was responsible for 9/11?
Are you a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist?

God, no.
To paraphrase, I'm not claig.

But the US got attacked badly under his presidency.
It was a reminder that the world was pretty shit back then. And got worse under Bush.

MagzFarquarson · 19/12/2016 23:47

giving Nazi salutes in restaurants watch the Richard Spencer interview with Gavin McInnes. It's a total piss-take Grin

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:47

Of course not, Misss. I just pointed out that some incongruities in his post between whining about free speech and the McCarthyist left, then calling for protestors (unspecified whether peaceful or not) to be locked up.

Chris1234567890 · 19/12/2016 23:49

Misswatch, Im a she, as squishy knows, but she finds it funny (I think its a cultural insult) to keep refering to a women as 'he' to add offence. Shes been obsessing over me for weeks, so really dont worry about it.

Great day in Trumpland today. The sobs, whines and insults just keep on coming. Its great! Grin

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:49

Exactly, Lweji. Sometimes the vote goes the way you want, sometimes it doesn't. There is nothing wrong with holding leaders under scrutiny, whether you voted for them or not.. But hero-worship and crowing about "winning", just because the result of a foreign election went the way you wanted it to is weird.

Missswatch · 19/12/2016 23:49

Take it up with Chris then

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:50

Sorry Lweji if I mentioned our name in a post. Not obsessing over you honest.

Missswatch · 19/12/2016 23:51

Ah thanks for clearing that up Chris. Did she assume your gender? Patriarchy in action I tell you

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:52

Er, I did Misss. And you answered for him.
I'll ask him again: How does your passion for free speech coexist alongside your desire to lock up protestors?

squishysquirmy · 19/12/2016 23:53

Chris, I assumed you were a man partly due to your name (although it could be short for Christine) and partly because of the language you use.

Chris1234567890 · 19/12/2016 23:54

"Real life, real people, real change. Real lives made better, real people getting happier, real change to the country "

Absolutely. And as Christine Lagrade has been found guilty today, the IMF are not only keeping her in post, but they arent even slapping her on the wrist. What the IMF arent calculating, is Trump. Trump could cause some seriously massive problems for the IMF and Christine Lagrade is everything he hates.

claig · 19/12/2016 23:58

'And as Christine Lagrade has been found guilty today'

Wow, didn't hear about that. She was Establishment and part of the old pals system. With Trump in charge, there will be changes. Trump probably won't help bail out Greece, the Germans will have to do it all themselves and the whole thing will draw closer to collapse.

Do we know who the likely replacements for Lagarde are yet?

"I'll ask him again: How does your passion for free speech coexist alongside your desire to lock up protestors?"

Because this isnt 'free speech'. The electoral college have been subjected to outrageous harrassment and personal attack, hidden under the guise of "free speech".

Chris1234567890 · 20/12/2016 00:03

"Do we know who the likely replacements for Lagarde are yet?"

No. Theyre sticking with 'they have full confidence in her' at the moment. Of course she'll have to go, but the IMF are on a slippery slope. She was convicted on 1 deal, there are masses more. Do you put someone in to clean the place up or help bury the evidence? But you're right about Greece, and of course Italy?

DarthPlagueis · 20/12/2016 00:04

"Trump probably won't help bail out Greece, the Germans will have to do it all themselves and the whole thing will draw closer to collapse."

To do that Trump would have to pull the US out of the IMF altogether, which he won't do.

claig · 20/12/2016 00:05

They haven't shown this on our media because it doesn't fit the anti Trump narrative

"Pro-Trump electors receive death threats"

'To do that Trump would have to pull the US out of the IMF altogether, which he won't do.'

No, Trump can just throw his weight around and there will be panic just like in Davos. Let's wait and see what Trump does. My guess is that he wants to end the EU and there is nothing they can do to save it.
