How will Dave do in speech at conference?

Given the recent startling revelations regarding the PMs past, how will he handle his speech? When addressing large audiences, people are told to visualise everyone naked. However when Dave hits the stage everyone will be visualising him being thoroughly inappropriate with a dead pig. Psychologically that must be tough for him and could put him on the back foot causing him to fluff his lines. Will he in turn try to visualise them in similar necrophiliac and/or bestial exertions? Or perhaps a combination of drugs and hypnosis?

I hate the man and party and the horse they rode in.

But I truly don't give a single fuck about what he did/didn't do with a pig's head.

Well I think we can be certain that a large part of his speech won't have been written back in 1980 and rejected by all subsequent leaders, as was Corbyn's.

As for the pig, meh - I don't give a damn what he did years ago as a youth. I support him for what he has achieved as leader of the Conservatives and look forward to hearing his speech which he will not fluff.

Not sure what you're on OP but hope you feel better soon.

Cameron's speech has to be better than Corbyns pigs ear of rehashed 1970's communism and divisive class warfare rhetoric.

And when a Corbyn's highlights are non eplained policies to fix the huge problems they left despite having spent £trillions on god knows what e.g. housing - it is clear that Labour's leader will REMAIN naked well after his conference - as seen as an Emperor With No Clothes to wear.

As opposed to shiny Dave's pig's ear of recycled 1930s hatred of working class people?

As I've said before, I'll worry a damn sight more about the problems this incompetent shower have caused than any Labour government who got a good proportion of it right.

AllThe Pretty Seahorses .... Give me one large Labour government department either doing an excellent job and/or adequately funded, despite a Labour government that was spending in 2010 £153 billion a year more than we were earning - and we can look into it i.e. Housing, Home Office/immigration, defence, Energy, the NHS, Education in the very basics, sustainable welfare/benefits/pensions, which???

I can't see one that was 'fit for purpose', when to say in May 2010 'the money's all gone', was somewhat of an understatement.

Oh, for goodness sake!

The note was meant to be a joke. A stupid one, but a joke all the same.
And Byrne isn't the only one to leave such a joke note (from the same story you linked to):
The letter recalls a similar note left by Tory Reginald Maudling to his Labour successor James Callaghan in 1964: "Good luck, old cock ... Sorry to leave it in such a mess."

Anyway, if there was little money then - there's no bloody money now! You have never addressed Tory overspends: just on 8% in 1994 (Tory, thought I'd point it out) then 3.9% in 1997 (not a balanced budget) 2.1% in 2008 (ooh, Labour). So who, exactly, was overspending? Then, obviously, the crash hit but the bare figures clearly show good Labour fiscal policy as opposed to dreadful Tory policy (that's the figures rather than tenuous Torygraph opinion pieces years out of date). Just to rub it in, the 2010 deficit was 7.7% - still lower than the Tory deficit of 1994.

Whatever he says will have been scripted by a PR team weeks ago and he just reads the words from the autocue.
