Straight after a General Election without a new coalition I’d be surprised if any policy surprises, but judging by all the disrespect to the Queen shown by MPs and the individual Swearing In Ceremony last week – my money would be on the launching of the loudest bottom burp by a Dishonourable Member, for over 300-years.

There will be the odd suprise but most of it has been leaked.

One of these days Prince Philip will sneak a whoopee cushion on to the Queen's throne before she sits down. Should easily sneak through any controversial bills in the Speech itself.
