The benefits bill is out of control. It needs to be slashed.

Though Cameron strikes me as more of a dog person really.

Dogs are high Tory - patrician, loyal, with a strong sense of duty. Whereas cats are more like Thatcher Tories - individualists to the core, entrepreneurial and ruthless.
