New workfare shock

So the following article outlines how people with impairment are going to be dealt with differently under the workfare scheme. The idea is that those found fit enough to work but who need support (The wrag) group can be expected to begin a period of training and work experience with no promise or even a suggestion that paid employment will result, for an indefinite time. This is unlike those of JSA who will only be compelled to go on these "placements" for a maximum of 8 weeks. The three groups who will be most at risk from this placement with out end will be those with learning disabilities, those with mental health problems, and lastly those with visual impairments.

This proposal has already been voted on and unless the whole bill is junked by parliament will come in to force. What do people think
