No getting down with the proletariat for him. Dear me, no!

Oh and he's been helping himself to hefty pay offs. That should help cover the cost of a summer or two in Tuscany eh?

Nothing like telling everyone else how to live is there?

Tim Walker has been badgering Toynbee to reveal her income for the last five years (since she said everyone should publish their tax returns online); she finally did this last month .

I particularly like the quote "The distribution of rewards is unjust - yes, including my own."

To me it seems the claims are pretty minimal, considering that they are business lunches in central London. I've seen people claim £200 a meal, not just £50. He was claiming about £35 a week on average. Big deal, and how like the Telegraph to claim outrage at this, yet sneer that he also claimed for the odd coffee that he took while on business. Just like I do as a salesperson.
