The fault here lies with the airline not Brown and in all honesty I would have been spitting pins if someone I didn't know took a picture of me without my permission. How bloody rude of that woman.

PfftTheMagicDragon · 27/03/2011 14:04

She didn't give up her seat

geordieminx · 27/03/2011 14:09

Bloody daily mail sensational-isim. She didn't have to give up her seat, she was asked to move.

It's not like she had to stand.

Oh and I live the way she refused to give her name to the paper but found it acceptable to take a picture of someone sleeping without their permission Hmm

SauvignonBlanche · 27/03/2011 14:13

Why do people read this shite?

longfingernails · 27/03/2011 14:18

The "someone" is our ex-PM, and serving MP, together with his spin doctor. When you become PM you lose all semblance of privacy - for life. It is part of the deal.

I wonder if his flight was on expenses?

Yawn......

pooka · 27/03/2011 14:23

Is bollocks. She moved seats. Not like they stuffed her in the overhead lockers.

And how incredibly rude rude rude to take candid photo. Regardless of him being a serving MP. I don't actually agree with the principle that when you become an MP you lose all privacy for LIFE! How completely ridiculous.

Daily Mail fit for wiping arses and maybe swatting flies at a push.

longfingernails · 27/03/2011 14:25

I didn't say serving MP.

I said PM.

Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher are still followed round by people who hate them. It is perhaps sad, but par for the course, and totally understood by them when they take the job.

I wouldn't wipe my arse with it.
"you lose all semblance of privacy - for life. It is part of the deal", Hmm what rubbish!

It's a complete non-story:

LFN, you sure, Thatcher is followed around by people who hate her, bloody hell how did I miss a crowd of millions :o

Never a rope and a lampost when you need them.

BelleDameSansMerci · 27/03/2011 19:03

LFN - give it a rest, Love. It's getting very tired now.
