Rest Home for Ex Tyrants?

Looks as though Gaddafi might be joining Mubarak in the 2011 role call of deposed dicators some time soon. Assuming he makes it out alive, and assuming that there will be other heads of state joining them soon, is now the time for an enterprising sort to set up a safe haven for them all? Working title 'Dun Oppressin'?

I hear they have a lovely quaint little island in San Fransisco. It's lovely and secure. Already a minor tourist attraction, I should think having Gaddafi & Mubarrak there may well increase its appeal whilst at the same time provide good security to ensure they don't get slotted.

Think the island is called Alcatraz.

Most of 'em end up in the USA! Plenty of former torturers and dictators are ending their days in quiet retirement over there.
