Still watching developments here. Was hoping that Mubarak's last speech would be a face-saving exercise prior to agreeing a transition. Now my worry is that he'll be booted out by an impatient military and then Egyptians will be no better off than they were before.

No, whats going on now? Last night I thought he was going to say he was going, or there was going to be a coup. But neither seem to have happened.

Well you can call me Mystic Meg but he's gone, the military are in charge and I don't think 'democracy' is any closer than it was yesterday.
