I keep reading conflicting dates- what date is the rise in University tuition fees coming in? I have read 2012, 2014.. 
I ask as a grown-up planning on going to University (to do a second degree) in 2011,12 or even 13 depending on what I get offers for.
Also does it affect all courses?
Anyone know for sure?
