Have you been on a jury?

I was on a couple of times. I did not mind it, because I do take an interest in the law and the police.

You dont get the choice, jury service is
compulsory....

It can be fairly cramped in some courts'not very comfortable. They dont want to to fall asleep

My cases were pretty straight forward; with
predictable verdicts.

I would NOT like professional juries. Prefer it as it is.

Yes I have done Jury service on a Murder trial, it was horrific as was the domestic violence perpetrated against womon involved in the case who received no justice at all they were only witnesses to the perptrators violent life long behaviour...now in Jail for life.....murdering men counts attempting the ritual murder of a womons heart and soul through all forms of violence is, in law, apparently not serious.....
It was a harrowing experience but made me appreciate the true level of some men's violence towards everyoen around then....
