No, I have no idea what his "look" is either... other than slightly ruddy and posh.

I think he sounds like he is on 'Newsround' or some other programme aimed at children.

Speaking veeeeeeeeeeery simply and carefully so the children can understand.

It's a shame he doesn't 'understand' a bit more. I suspect he is too entrenched in entitlement and the feeling that he was just born to be Prime Minister.

Hopefully William Hague will bring him up to speed sooner or later on damn forriners and GCSE History Foreign Policy and Diplomacy.
