Am a twitter virgin, mainly due to a dying computer but may well have to borrow DHs laptop and try to get to grips with it [luddite emoticon].

Twitter is really good for political stuff (the only reason I'm on it)...

If you do register, follow political pundits...really all you need...

Oh bloody hell I don't get twitter. Am now signed up, so how the hell do I find out the info I want? Now I need an idiot guide to using twitter!

Cheers, will do (am Malkuth666 I think). I have actually just rejoined the Labour Party as I believe now is the time to help push them back to the left from the centre ground they have occupied under New Labour. I want to vote for a leader to re-energise the left rather than to win the next election by kowtowing to Murdoch/big business etc.

Know our politics are polar opposites from previous threads but it's often more interesting to see conflicting points of view as it helps clarify my thoughts and also means I will be able to play devil's advocate when having political conversations.

Y'know the BNP stuff got completely out of hand, & yeah maybe I was a little naive to think it wouldn't, (knowing the MN demographics) but I think it's important that people are allowed to speak...even if you don't like what you're hearing.
