QueenofQuotes - Things are very bad with her DH atm and she thinks they are going to split up. Protect her and her precious DS' Lord. xx

bobsmum - Prayer for BIL who is now in a care home since DH's MIL who was his carer died He has Alzheimers. that DH's new job is going well, prayers that this may continues. Prayers that BM's SPD remains bearable.

Ds on spring holidays as of now for 2 weeks. Baby may or may not choose to turn up during that time. Loads of friends offering to help out which is great

Feeling quite positive about the potential diagnosis for ds. I'm seeing him in a different light and being more accommodating I think. Dh has been reading around Aspergers and says a lot of his own childhood is beginning to make a lot of sense. I've always thought he was on the spectrum and we've joked about it together. I'm sure it's something we'll be able to talk through with the Ed Psych when she comes for the home visit next week.

I'm telling the story of Lazarus from the POV of a neighbour of Lazarus, as if we were sitting round storytelling ... now, where is that resurrection cookie recipe... I'm sure someone posted one, was it you Panda??? I was going to make some and hand them out...

Praise God for good news - of all kinds.

I rang the school admissions for our county again today (4th time) as we still haven't had the letter confirming which school ds will go to, although we have been told verbally he got into our 2nd choice school. They put me through to a lady who said they couldn't send my letter out yet as they were waiting for some information back from the headmaster of our preferred school. So I said, "surely the decision has already been made, why can't you post the letter now", to which she repeated that they were waiting for some more info from the headmaster. I asked her if that meant the decision might change and she said yes! Waiting with interest to see what happens there then.....praying that ds will get into the church school after all if that is God's will.

Now officially on mat leave again! It's been a speedy 22 sweeks since I went back to work!

Will catch up with everybody next week but I just wanted to give thanks this morning for the babies and bumps that have entered our world this weeks

A colleagues wife had twin boys on Thursday - 7lb4 and 7lb8

Another colleague whose wife gave birth to a little boy yesterday, 4 weeks early at 9lb 9oz again

My cousin and her husband who are expecting their first in October.

May God bless all the new babies and beans and hold them and their mummies and daddies close.

I'd really appreciate some prayers today. I'm exhausted as I have a nasty cough that is keeping me awake almost all night. DD is now trying to make up for her weight loss from the D&V by feeding lots which is also tiring. DH has now gone away for nine days thenis only back for a day before he is away for another 3 days. I'm feeling very tearful/depressed/alone and I don't think that my tiredness is helping. Whenever DH goes away it brings feelings that I had whilst he was out in Iraq to the surface. DD is being a bit of a handful now that she is feeling loads better and can't understand why mummy doesn't want to roll around on the floor with her. I am also feeling extremely anxious about managing her childcare and going to work without my DH there to help me this week. I'm very glad that my mum is going to pick DD up from the childminder to give her some tea, but I'm worried that I'm going to be late for work if the buses aren't running well after I've dropped DD off in the morning.

Hello, just a v. quick one to say I'm lurking nad praying for all. Ds burst his ear drum yesterday and dd has had a dreadful cough and poss is asthmatic so it's all been a bit demanding here this week.

BM praying for you, and for you FAQ, and SS, and for all who suffer and are feeling alone today.

Dd and I are about to make her a beautiful summer dress! Dust down the sewing machine - literally - not used it in over 2 years!

Ooh poor ds Rosey. Hope that he is feeling better soon.

Please could I ask for prayers for ds1. Having been soooo lonely at school last year, he made a good friend who moved into the area, and has been a different child this year. However, they have just had their first falling out and now aren't speaking. Prayers would be much appreciated that I may help him to handle it calmly, and that they might be able to make up sensibly. Thank you.

Please pray for K, my friend who I mentioned had cancer. She goes in for an operation on Wednesday. The Lord give her and her family strength to cope with this and everything else that gets chucked at them. May His healing hands bless her and protect her.

And many thanks for anyone who prayed for ds1. They met up this afternoon and managed to apologise - I'm quite proud of the way they both handled it. Not sure I would have been as gracious at that age!
