M22 - Was approached by man who has caused her a lot of trauma - He is legally not allowed near her and she has contacted Police. Prayers for protection.

Podglet - Household has been ill of late, prayers for healing; and prayers for resolution of two complicated decisions: Whether to have an elective C-Secion and to know what name to call her new baby. x

QueenofQuotes - Things are very bad with her DH atm and she thinks they are going to split up. Protect her and her precious DS' Lord. xx

Praise for fantastic opportunities for DH's business to flourish Prayers for DS' x-teacher who collapsed in class with stroke the other day, he is only in his 20's! Prayers for DH's best man who has recently lost his dad and for Sooooz's post lady who has also lost her dad. Prayers for her collegue who has just split up with her DH, they have teenage children

bobsmum - Prayer for BIL who is now in a care home since DH's MIL who was his carer died He has Alzheimers. that DH's new job is going well, prayers that this may continues. Prayers that BM's SPD remains bearable.

SS - Aw Prayers for your proper poorly litte angel, when my ds1 is dehydrated, I give him flat lemonade or flat cola (he refuses to have dioralyte (sp) whoops! good if you can get it down dd, nice having back-up support there if you need it. Prayers you won't have to take her to hospital again and that she recovers quickly. Is dh still going away?

Please lord wrap baby ss in your arms and take care of her tonight.

Hia everyone else, I have just had to write everyones prayer requests down, computer been on blink, had to restore back to original state and havent set up printer yet. So you are all in my prayers (in about 10 minutes when I'm offfffff this computer and in bed reflecting on the day) ?

Good moaning!!!!!

SS - how is lo this morning?

I'm getting a little fed up with health probs, today I can't walk on my left foot, my heel is in agony, my throat is like the bottom of a budgie cage and I have a cold/cough, thick head! moan moan moan! just would like to get through a couple of weeks without anything wrong!!!!! Is that tooo much to ask for

I havent really got anything to moan about, just winge winge winge! take no notice of me.

oh dear sooz that sounds bad! Any idea whats wrong with your foot? Will pray for relief anyway

I'm a bit under the weather myself, which is not fantastic with DH being away, please pray I get better asap and also pray that poor confused Phoebe's shock at the clock change subsides soon too - getting me a bit anxious.

DD is continuing to improve. Her cheeky side is starting to shine through again. I'm not sure how to start reintroducing food yet or when to do it. I'm not really keen to have DD start throwing up all over me again I've just put her down for a nap but it sounds like she is playing with the monitor

SS - Aw so pleased dd on the road to recovery, I give mine just their milk, but 1st food after being ill is usually toast, but my lo's are a bit older, how about a plain biscuit, then if she keeps it down, something else light that she enjoys.

Thanks for your support on another moan moan day! don't know whats the matter with my heel, can't put weight on it, think I just overdid it yesterday, I was on my feet most of the day! how do all you nurses/teachers manage?

CD - You need to relax aswell, what hours do you work, what do you do with lo's?????? tell me to butt out, just a nosey little parker!!!

Its really hard when dh away, my dh was away all week every week when ds1 was born, for 2 years till I couldn't stand it any longer, he changed departments at work, we were alot poorer but alot happier.

How's your heel Sooz?? I work roughly about 22 / 24 hrs a week at present (should be about 16/17) ...... it is ok, but I do feel like I wake up in the morning and just hit the ground running. I do have wine and chocolate in the house now, so I should be ok

CD - Super woman or what, just being a mum to 3 children and 1 dh and working 14 hrs per week is too much for me, well done, and good idea 'chocolate and wine' is it working Is it all quiet in Dippyland?

Right, have ONLY just come back from work, lots of hassles and grumbly customers, re changes (new management). I am pooped, so off to snooze!

Can I ask for prayer for a meeting I have today (Weds) about my return to work. I'm due back from m/l at the end of the month. I won't bore you all with the in-depth story - poor Dippy has had it ad nauseum already! Basically - it's all gone rather pear shaped and I'm now going to be going back to a job I didn't expect to have to, for more hours then I'd really like, at a lower rate of pay than I deserve (my view admittedly) and with a line manager new to the job - and whose line manager I used to be! I know God will open doors for me, and that I'm in his hands - but I keep struggling to take back control and fretting over this. Please pray I can trust in the Lord - I know he's got the answers!

Praying for everyone, esp. for you NorthernLurker with your meeting today, May you know the peace of the Lord with you!

Thank you for praying for my friend who was here this weekend. We had a great time! I am totally exhausted atm - I've been doing far too much recently - so prayers for r&r would be good!

Seems a very strange job situation NL, there was something in the paper yesterday about how disadvantaged women were who returned from maternity leave. Is this the NHS?

NL praying for your meeting and a resolution that suits everyone involved. I know how difficult it is to leave the situation squarely in Gods' hands.

DD is continuing to improve. She has had mashed potato and then a little banana at lunchtime. She also tried to steal my peanut butter and jam sandwich The poor little mite is cutting four top teeth at the mo which is obviously bothering her. She keeps on grinding her teeth much to DH's amusement. Now I get to sleep inbetween two people who are grinding their teeth.

I'm feeling a bit deflated today. The vicar has said that we can't have DD baptised on the day that we would like. On a more positive note, DH is getting interviews for lots of jobs that he has applied for within this restructuring at work. Please pray that he gets the right job and that he finally is happy at work. I'm hoping that it makes a big difference to his general attitude to life. It would also be great to not have the threat of redundancy hanging over us.

Oh, listen to me moaning! We have so much to be grateful for!

Glad DD is improving and that DH is getting lots of interviews - positive stuff about Baptism date ... back to the drawing board ..... don't even get me started on Thanksgiving service nightmares .... been there, done that ....
