Hi slink !!!! I think we should start the ball rolling....... I don't know this area very well... mostly because the stupid car keeps letting me down.....I am near the Bedfont lakes, in Ashford, have walked to the Ashford Town Centre, its about 30 minutes from where I am, and once my 2 older boys are at school, I am free until 2.30pm, giving myself enough time to get back to school to pick them up...... So if you want to name a place and time, I'm up for it... DS is 28 months old. Talk soon, and yes anyone else is welcome too......

fuzzywuzzy · 19/11/2004 12:10

Salaams. Slink I'm with you I'm not fasting at all, just catching up on sleep, madam will only sleep after 2am arghhhhhh.
Ashford that's like Kent isn't it? I'm in Essex and no car, have a good one if you all meet up.

Slink · 19/11/2004 18:54

survivour · 29/11/2004 04:22

Hi here I am, I'm in Ashford middlesex, not in Kent, we are not far from heathrow airport. I know southall not far from me, and when the car is not trying to give me a nervous breakdown, and it works, i can drive just about anywhere, as long as i have instructions and a map..... Slink, i'm willing to drive up to meet you if you don't have a car, let me know???? contact me on CAT, and we can swap e-mail addys if you wish, that goes for anyone else interested too....

Slink · 29/11/2004 12:32

Salaams Slink

I usually use MN only when I am at work as to tired by the time i get home, have been really busy at work and been doing less hours as just so tired, so usually just come in do all the work as quickly as poss then leave to go home to cook, clean, sleep, I am 29 wks this week and just feel run down all the time, is this normal? thought I would be jumping around at this stage but no such luck!!

enjoy the painting!!

But you will feel tired i think it has alot to do with the weather as well. Just take some time off. When do you break from work for the hols???

take care much love.

Slink · 20/12/2004 09:16

Hi to all. Survivor ya..you got a car.........i haven't we sold ours and have yet to get a new one but i am sure we will.

Yes to the meet up that would be great. My dd bless is starting (big) nursery (she's at preschool at the mo) and she will only be going from 9.30-11.30am so after that i am free as i need to find activites to do with her in the afternoon.

So new year would be great. We are talking weekdays??

SANA · 21/12/2004 12:14

Yesm meet up in Jan Mid-week would be fun, any ideas where we can meet up??

I will be of the net from this week Thurs to the 4th Jan, going home to my mums for some much needed rest!!

OP posts:
survivour · 26/12/2004 11:39

Hi girls, yes a meet-up, I've finally found snakes and ladders, its great, and their foods not bad, we could start there, then try any other venues..... what do you think??????? Older boys are at school, so just my 30 month old son will be with me. And finding venues should be no problem either, "we now have SAT NAV" it talks to you, and tells you how to get to your destination...... yes I know I'm showing off...... but after 3 months at the garage with my previou car, I need something to talk about..........

Slink · 03/01/2005 19:03

Hi mid Jan is great i can only do after 11.30am as dd is at school in the morning. Sat Nav mm picking up my car this week it has that too ....

SANA · 04/01/2005 13:49

Wheres Snakes & ladders? sometime this month would be good, I am due in in 7 weeks and beginning to get very tired, I dont have a car during the day as DH uses it to get to work so providing its somewhere I can get to by tube, my nearest station being Clapham Common. I am still working 4 days a week though ( but will soon be off for a year.................yippeeeeeeee!!)

Slink · 05/01/2005 14:03

Oh sana it's miles away from you and you don't need the hassle of travel. We can always meet up after the babe is born.... and you invite us all to the Hakicut(sp)
