We also have the playmobil set, Lissette. Now the dc are teens it's got really very daft. Yesterday we had a shotgun wielding angel standing over anext inexplicable builder in an orange hard hat lying in the crib. They try and outdo each other everyday

Mhd He was removed this morning by 7 year old ds as he is 'not part of the story'. I've negotiated a place for him at the side of the stable. The thing I find is that the figures fall over a lot.

I am supposed to be on my way to school.

better go. hoping for a meltdown free night.

Prayers for tunnocks

Prayers for sanddunesandrainclouds and for tunnocksteacake at this difficult time. Let's hold both of them, their families and loved-ones in our prayers through this night and in the days to come. May they know the comforting power of God's presence through their grief and worry.

A prayer I post often, but there is none better for the long lonely darkness of a night of worry, pain, grief, or fear.

Watch, O Lord,
with those who wake,
or watch or weep tonight,
and give your angels charge
over those who sleep.
Tend your sick ones,
O Lord Jesus Christ;
rest your weary ones;
bless your dying ones;
soothe your suffering ones;
pity your afflicted ones;
shield your joyous ones;
and all for your love's sake.
Amen.

That's a beautiful prayer. Sandune's daughter's surgery was a success. Sadly Tunnock's husband died earlier this morning. RIP.

thoughts and prayers

Very happy to hear about Sanddunes' dd, praying that she will make a full recovery.

But so, so sorry for Tunnocks I had no idea that things had become so bad. So many things rootled up at this time of year. I went to the Tree of Light service last night, it's three years down the line and we were so much better off than they were with hospice care for seventeen days before he died. And it was still unexpected and I know all the feelings she has now. In a way it gets better, in another way I remember the relief that it was all over and feel guilty about that now. I spoke to the chaplain at the hospice last night and he has said he will be in touch, I wrote to him two years ago, after the same service and he did not get the letter.

Prayers for tunnocks and the chn- I posted on her thread but she had name changed and didn't put two and two together. So so sad so so sorry for her loss.

I've had a message from Dontbesilly to say that she is having technical difficulties posting. She can read but not post. She sounds quite run down and would love your prayers for a resolution of technical and other problems.
