A matter of energy

I thought it time to start a fresh and clear the space for some new energy to be formed. Another thread actually inspired me I will link what it was in the next post.

I felt that it was time to move onto the 3rd insight. Dont worry if you have not got that far yet , we will always discuss any part or thought that comes about. the 3rd is about finding new energy forms, which I feel we need right now.

glitterfairy - just you wait until you get drawn into a debate on bottle v breast/private v public school/MMR or no MMR etc etc et. You need a long, hot bath and/or long alcoholic drink after some of those!

melsy - I am usually on at night, today was an exception cos I was trying to take my mind of dh in hospital.

Snugs read some of those and actually thought that no matter how het up people got everyone tried to be reasonable in the end. Quite like it when people row though it sometimes releases positive energy!

love the photos of everybody, it's so nice to put faces to names, even if pseudo cyber names - am going to have a go at an album hopefully tomorrow, feel like an outsider in the long dark hair and glasses club - I am the complete opposite. Perhaps I am the black sheep of the club!?!?!?

lol glitterfairy - spent at least 2 hours cleaning the outside of my windows today, still the inside to go and do not feel enlightened or calm by the 'experience'. In fact quite the opposite, have been asking DH to do them with no luck although today he did offer 'you shouldn't be doing that while your pregnant, you are supposed to be resting' when I asked who was going to do them if I didn't he disappeared over the horizon!!! No, I prefer, a glass (or 2) of wine in a lovely hot bath, with candles and scented oils, a day at the sanctuary (or equivalent) or a long swim - from a distance I doubt if it looks as though I am moving I am so slow at swimming but I practice my yogic breathing while doing 40-50 lengths and get out completely chilled. Am seeing midwife next friday to see if I can resume swimming and yoga.
