A matter of energy

I thought it time to start a fresh and clear the space for some new energy to be formed. Another thread actually inspired me I will link what it was in the next post.

I felt that it was time to move onto the 3rd insight. Dont worry if you have not got that far yet , we will always discuss any part or thought that comes about. the 3rd is about finding new energy forms, which I feel we need right now.

A hard one to answer, think it is more to do with how each indvidual feels if we all feel good then positive energy is generated through the positive posts, if we feel down or someone is threatening or causing upset then negative energy is formed. This much the same as real life

Right, I do get that but how does it manifest itself? Just feeling generally good? Or do you get fizzy feeling? Eg when I meditate (have done TM for years and years) I get a feeling like water is flowing out of my feet which is incredibly relaxing!

I get general good feeling not as intense as meditation but find it relaxing and refreshing.
