Well here's the Round-Up from the last thread for you all:

DutchOma - Prayers for DO's lovely friend Margaret who lost her DH a while ago. She came home from a time away to find her house has been broken into and burgled. She was understandably very shaken. Prayers for DO's DH, Bob who has been rather over-doing things later & is not in the best health.

Spiritmum - Prayers for her DF's baby who has been DX with skin cancer

MaryBS - Prayers for poor Mary who has some health worries recently & for her lovely DD who has had bullying issues at school. Prayers for Mary as she deals with news that her Vicar is leaving the Parish. Also for the aftermath of a car accident, which left Mary's car written off and her mum with a broken bone in her hand.

Amber - Has been through a really horrid time in the last couple of days. Surround her with love. Prayers for her DS' eyesight problems and for her DH in his recovery ofter a Gall Bladder op. Prayers too for someone Mary knew, M, who took his own life a couple of weeks ago.

CazEm - Joined us in Sept. Caz had a beautiful stillborn baby girl called Belle in June this year. She would like prayers for her DF whose DH has been DX with Bone Cancer. The cancer is spreading and the couple have a very young family Also prayers for Caz's DH who has been experiencing a loss of feeling in his hands and is being investigated to try and find out what is wrong.

PositiveAttitude - Prayers for PA as she faces an op to remove a growing benign tumour on the side of her face on Nov 13th. Prayers for her DD who has ME/CFS and is really struggling with College.

MadHairDay - Has just finished doing a "Just Looking" style Coffee Course for mums, prayers for all those who attended. MHD's health really isn't great at the moment. Prayers for two of her DF's - One has recently been admitted to hospital with severe head pain, but no real cause was found. The other's DD is anorexic and has been in hospital being tube-fed - very very poorly Prayers also for her DF's DD and Grandson (2) who were recently admitted to hospital. The mum had a suspected blood clot on her brain, but is now ok. The son is already severely disabled and now requires an operation.

Saliswan - Pregnancy is going well and her and her household are all good

Gingercurl - Prayers needed for DSis's complicated job situ - she recently handed in her resignation & is contemplating job offers. Prayers for gingercurl who is studying for a Decorate & is struggling with balancing everything!

Teandcakeplease - Her nephew Noah was born quite prem and has been in hospital quite some time. He is now home and breast-feeding ; but requires an op for a inguinal hernia. Prayers for TACPs' DD who has been having bad dreams of late; and for TACP herself who has just been put on AntiD's. x

Soooooz - Boinged by Prayers for the Godmother of her lovely DTs who has just broken up with her partner of 3 yrs, just before her 21st B'day

MaMoTTaT - Prayers for a poss career idea which is just beginning to take shape ......

Hermya - Gave birth to baby Asher on 24th* Oct at 10:55am, weighing 8lb 3oz!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! She also seeks prayers for a DF whose niece died last month, circumstances unknown.

agingmummmyoftwins Has recently been told that her sister is in hospital and is unlikely to recover

TooBlessedToBeStressed - Has an imminent exam looming and is frantically studying!!!! (Stressed yet!!? )

Namechanger - Popped by to ask for prayers for her DF's DS (5) who unexpectedly collapsed and has had to have a heart bypass and remains unconscious while doctors try to figure out what is wrong with him

CaptainDippy - Prayers for a DF who has had her baby 12 weeks early!! Baby and mum doing ok, but a long way to go yet ...

Has Shieldbug had her baby!!!!??? Judging from her absence, I hope so!!!! Come back soon and tell us!!

Am feeling very low and panicky

Prayers all round, especially for people feeling low and panicky

Just checking in, dh has a meeting on tuesday with work and his union. I'm praying it goes well and that dh is happy with the outcome.

Mary praying for you. Have you ever checked out the Panic Prevention website? I got a fab cd from them, but I also spent hours in the middle of the night reading things on their site when I've felt panicky before. Google them (((hugs)))

Just checking in quickly and picking up payer pointers.
I went to see Bob this morning and he had a really good breakfast. Then I got home and went to bed. Intending to stay close to it for at least the next 24 hours.
I am going to check out the Panic Prevention too CC, especially in the middle of the night

DO it's fab, really helped me out. Thoroughly recommend their Panic Prevention CD too, I used it in the car a lot . Glad Bob is doing ok, praying for you both.

My STBXH has lost his job today at the warehouse. He originally lost his job as a youth worker a year ago after the affair came to light, then he spent 10 months on JSA and then he finally found this job a few months ago. It was a relief that he'd finally be supporting me and the 2 DCs well and now he's been let go and I'm feeling so conflicted with Christmas looming and already struggling on benefits. I never asked to become a single parent with 2 toddlers, nor my H to cheat on me and leave me for a 21 yr old friend. I know God is with me but I'm feeling mega stressed with Christmas looming So please can you pray if you have a minute for God's continued provision and for my STBXH to find another job soon. I recently purchased a few treats for the children and now I'm sitting here thinking I should have saved every penny just in case and that money could have been used for something wiser

I could do with some prayers, unrelated to feeling low and panicky, more to do with how I felt last Monday. I feel incredibly let down.

Just checking in to catch up on this thread. Wonderful to read about so many answers to prayer, and sad to see that so many have such pressing needs. Maybe that spiritual attack is still on-going but taking different tack?

Thank you for your kind words. It's has been a strange week, with lots to do. The Rev is coming this morning to talk about the service. Why does that make it seem more real?

Praying for everyone who is feeling a bit panicky. And for everyone else too.

(I didn't really get the panic prevention thingy, and I use Ignatian meditation techniques to calm down, which works wonders). Thanks anyway CCM.

Went to the Cathedral this morning, braving the icy roads. It was lovely :)

I'm struggling with stuff too here so would appreciate prayer.

I don't think I got the PP either. I'm not very good at meditation yet, but managed to get to sleep again at 7.00. Had turned the phone off, so Bob got thoroughly worried because I wasn't answering at 10.00.

Post arrived for dh and it's the minutes of the meetings his work have held with 'witnesses' and its a witch hunt . Much of it dodgy tbh but one or two people who allege they heard him say to the cleaner that it was ok for her to use her husband . Poor dh is in bits and I'm not much better. He's speaking to his union rep on Monday but thats the whole weekend for him to brew over it. I just don't know how to help him . It's so awful what they are doing, he's a very decent chap who has made the company shed loads of savings in the last 6 years. Yet they haven't asked a single person (except for those who gave statements to say he had done this) for a character reference. I'm really angry too .
Please could you pray for dh and I over the next few days? He should have his investigation hearing on tuesday at 10am. Very sad, angry and worried too

Prayers for all. CC and TACP I'll pray that the employment situations work out OK. I do believe that God works in mysterious ways and that what may seem bad at one time can work out to be much better in the long run. A few years I was made redundant from my job. Inertia had set in and I don't think I'd have left the job without it. As it was, even although I was upset at the time the job that I got has turned out to be much better. I believe that God was in charge throughout.

As if I haven't got enough money worries my car wouldn't start for church this morning and I'm waiting for the RAC, please pray it's not expensive
