My Cats pees in the house when i am pregnant...

Just found out I am pregnant again however I might have guessed this before any test told me? In my first pregnancy my cat starting peeing in the house thought it was just a coincidence however just found I am pregnant again and surprise surprise the cat is peeing in the house again!!!

Is this just a coincidence or has anybody heard of this before? Or had cat who started acting differently during their pregnancy?

my cat Molly did with all 4 of mine! she didn't wee in the house or anything but was really clingy to me, I had home births with the last 2 and I remember there being a fight at the door while anyone trying to come in had to prise molly back out! the MW on homevisits had to try and get the FHH before cat was back on belly - mad.
maybe your cat pee's in the house because it can pick up on your pregnancy and wants to mark its territory because its scared of being moved out by new baby?

My cat didn't really respond, but she did get cystitis once when I was pregnant, and the (very obviously Childfree) vet blamed it on me 'leaking' pregnancy hormones and stressing her out!

Apparently cats can pick up on hormones and it can cause them stress. Can you get her to direct it at a cat tray? Must be a hassle!
