When I got up with the dc's this morning I trod in cat poo with bare feet! Yukkety yuk yuk!

Tommy the rescue cat came home on Friday and has been a doll at using the litter tray but he is so squitty the poo is sticking to the fuzz on his tiny cat ass and therefore every time he sat down there was a little poo circle.

We have been feeding him what they were giving him at the RSPCA, pro plan in the morning and a sachet of felix at about 4.30pm and he still seems ravenous. Is the dodgy tum and diarreah (sp) likely just to be the change in environment or should I think about changing his food?

Tia for any and all help.

Stress can cause diarrhoea in cats and as long as you're feeding what the RSPCA were he should settle down.

Read that as 'watch the cat burn'

He will settle down, poor mog has been through an awful upheaval7

How old is he? It might be worth lifting his food up for 12hrs to give his tummy a rest, but keep his water bowl down.

He's about 18 months and seems generally happy so hopefully it's just the move.
