Curiousmama · 12/04/2009 11:18

Oooo are you getting a dog? I got a rescue dog last year he's gorgeous. They didn't even check the house or ring ever to make sure he's ok. He is though

TrinityIsGettingABabyRhino · 12/04/2009 11:18

lol dss2(22) would like me to point out that he has, in fact, done all but a tiny bit of the fencework

not that hes after any recognition or anything lol

KingCanuteIAm · 12/04/2009 11:40

Yeah Woo Hoo!!!

Well done dss2, I am sure you have done a fantastic job!

TrinityIsGettingABabyRhino · 12/04/2009 12:16

dss2 senses sarcasm but is going to revel in the glory as if it is meant

can I just ask did she look round every room in the house?

KingCanuteIAm · 12/04/2009 12:28

What time are you picking him up?

differentEggD · 12/04/2009 13:47

fantastic news. I hope Duke loves his new home.

TrinityIsGettingABabyRhino · 12/04/2009 16:01

she didn't come any further than the kitchen, she saw where he would be fed and where he would be sleeping and she thoroughly checked the garden

he is home here with us now

KingCanuteIAm · 12/04/2009 16:09

Welcome Home Duke!!

MuffinBaker · 12/04/2009 16:44

I am so pleased

and jealous

KingCanuteIAm · 12/04/2009 17:19

Can I stop waving the banner now? My arms are aching!

How's it going?

Tiggiwinkle · 12/04/2009 17:39

I am so pleased for you (and for him of course!)!

How is he?

TrinityIsGettingABabyRhino · 12/04/2009 19:43

he seems fine
playing lots and lots

he hasn't eaten his food but I was told he may not for the first day or so

also he seems to not be a very food orientated dog

he prefers his toys

purple and her dd have just arrived and he is playing madly in the garden

Max says hi! he is part collie, I think Duke is too? He doesn't eat a huge amount, my dog trainer says they aren't greedy! Good luck.
