Pets at Home delivery failure

[Montressor]

Hi has anyone experienced a non delivery of a paid item from Pets at Home?

What has it to do with secondary education?

I think you’re in the wrong area but yes I have. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and gave the order numbers and details and they refunded me for the missing items

Thank you Bezzi for your kind response. I didn’t realise I was supposed to post it elsewhere 🙁

Hi, OP!

We've popped your thread over to Pets to give it the best chance of reaching the right audience. Hopefully you'll get plenty of engagement and advice there.

Good luck! 🐶😺🐰

Best wishes,
MNHQ.

@Montressor do you mean you ordered something from Pets at Home and it hasn't been delivered?
I've had issues a couple of times with deliveries from them - usually down to the fact that they package stuff SO badly that it falls apart and gets damaged in transit. Their online customer service (may be a bot) has always sorted it quickly for me.
I keep telling myself I'm not going to use them, but I've not found an alternative shop yet for the brand I like, and I seem to have another delivery due this week 👀

After 3 weeks of waiting the delivery of dog food arrived this evening just after my first post on mums net. My spaniel could have starved to death. Thank you very much for your help

What? Why? Surely you would have just fed him something else?
