She was siamese in shape
With green (periodt) eyes

But grey/blue/cream almost tabby (stripey) in colouring

So what is she?

Ragdoll?

madamez · 02/05/2008 22:49

The result of an illicit, tragic and star-crossed feline fling, I would imagine

madamez · 02/05/2008 22:50

Ragdolls are fat and fluffy and have blue eyes, K999 (my parents have ragdolls and they are not as stupid as I used to think).

KatyMac · 02/05/2008 22:51

I thought ragdoll were big & floppy

She was delicat and graceful

Madamez - she was obv pedigree

abysinian (sp) there are several oriental breeds

K999 · 02/05/2008 22:53

You are right Madamez! I have a Ragdoll!!! But felt I had to offer some ideas and since Ragdolls are really the only breed I know thought that I would throw that into the mix!

My ragdoll is really stupid! I put it down to him running full pelt into the patio doors when he was a kitten.........think he may have suffered some kind of brain trauma!

beautifulgirls · 02/05/2008 22:53

Abyssinian perhaps? Google images will have some good pics.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 02/05/2008 22:53

Katy, short or longhaired? have a look at wiki

CarGirl · 02/05/2008 22:55

we have a long haired abyssinian known as somali's he is beautiful and very very affectionate but they don't have the wierd faces of siamese nor do tonkinese.

KatyMac · 02/05/2008 22:55

OK I have been googling Tonkinese is closer than abysinian but it's not quite right

Milliways · 02/05/2008 22:56

beautifulgirls · 02/05/2008 22:56

Havana or Korat maybe?

NutterlyUts · 02/05/2008 22:57

Siamese come in tabby.

See here

and here

NutterlyUts · 02/05/2008 22:58

and this guy is known as a Lynx point siamese which is a moggy x siamese

pinkyminky · 02/05/2008 22:59

Lots of pictures of different breeds here
Sounds a bit like a burmese but see what you think.

KatyMac · 02/05/2008 22:59

NutterlyUts - I know I have one romeo is a chocolate Tabby point & very beautiful & very old

I think she may have been an unusual coloured burmese

OP posts:
KatyMac · 02/05/2008 23:00

Maybe a platinum burmese

CarGirl · 02/05/2008 23:01

Get a somali next honestly just as noisy but not as naughty! Won't eat untile he's has some affection, he loves anyone doesn't mind the dc stroking him backwards etc etc (he spent the first 7 years as a housecat with his breeder)

NutterlyUts · 02/05/2008 23:03

I am holding out for a tabby point 'mese - any color will do! They are such lovely cats

Milliways · 02/05/2008 23:03

Could anyone love him?
