This afternoon I have received an email from Trust pilot, that my review is against their policy. They said:
www.perfectpetinsurance.co.uk has flagged your review for containing advertising or promotional content.
And then they removed it.
I did read my review again and again and still couldn’t not see anything advertising or promotional. Could you, please, be so kind and check for me in case I am going blind?😁
I feel very strong for this review to be published and shared with the other pet owners. It is accurate, factual and I can prove every statement. I want to fight for it to be published, as perfect pet insurance deserve it. Here is my review:
We took our cat for a Urinary issue and they refused to pay our claim associating it to cat flu, even after proving he has been vaccinated against cat flu they refused to back down, fabricating their conclusion, that everything was CAT FLU related. When we challenged them to provide evidence, they could not and would not. They are driven and motivated by ensuring they keep as much of your money as possible and not on the evidence and truth of the case in hand.
We had to fight together with Ombudsman to get our money back. This is how wrong this company is. The final dagger to our heart was the insurer then reduced the claimable amount through terms and conditions.
The OMBUDSMAN RULED IN OUR FAVOUR and we would suggest anyone who wants to apply to review their company alias (Casualty & General Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd on the ombudsman webpage, as they have so many claims against them. 99% Upheld and not reviewed on Trustpilot. This masks reality. A totally untrustworthy, horrible, and unprofessional company to deal with. WITH ONLY ONE RECOMMENDATION AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1 Star is far too higher a rating should be zero.
Even after the Ombudsman gave them a directive not to reference Cat Flu, they still referenced it in their closing letter as a pre-existing condition. This is further evidence that they cannot be trusted.
Even when the Ombudsman upheld our complaint and confirmed that they had made a mistake, there was no apologise or sign of remorse. Totally unacceptable behaviour and shows a lack of standards and ethics towards their customers.
