my kitten will be one in june and have been giving her whiskas kitten pouches and the whiskas dry food, have tried her with the food with jelly and she will not touch it but liked the food with gravy, but she will only eat one pouch a day

i went to my friend's house yesterday and she said that if i got complete dry food to just stop giving her the wet food unless it was for a treat as she's just wasting it

she always eats a full bowl of dry food every day

do they actually need wet food or could i just give her dry?

you can give your get a dry food only diet so long as it is a 'complete' dry food (most are). Just make sure she has plenty of fresh water as cats on dry only diets tend to be thirstier than wet food eaters
