How do I get rid of the smell of cat pee?!

Woke up a couple of hours ago to a cat that isn’t mine in my kitchen. He had eaten all my cats food (half a bag of it!) and seemingly pissed everywhere in my utility room and kitchen. It stinks so bad. My bad for forgetting to lock the cat flap.

Whats the easiest (I’m 8 months pregnant and just getting over a stomach bug) and best way to clean this up?

Bicarbonate of soda. Not an easy smell to get rid of. Good luck.

Thanks. Think I have some of that in the cupboard.
Yes, it’s really stinky, so I’m assuming the cat that got in wasn’t neutered or there is something wrong with it.

Bicarb, then vinegar, then more bicarb if needed.

Our elderly cat pissed on the sofa a while back. Bicarb & vinegar (separately, alternating) got it sorted

I find an enzyme cleaner (pets at home /Amazon) works really well if all else fails.

First, make sure it doesn't get the opportunity to do a repeat visit, as it will try.
Assuming they are hard floors, I would open the windows, give a good mop, and clean edges and a foot or so upwards ( because of spraying).

Definitely and enzyme cleaner like simple solution!

You really need the enzyme cleaner - my cat went through a phase of peeing on the rug, and that's the only thing that made it possible to keep the rug - even going through the washing machine didn't help it - the trouble is that some of the cat wee isn't water soluble, so even when you think it's clean, it's actually still there, and will continue to smell.
