Stalemate over what to call our new dog

We are getting a Chocolate Labrador puppy in 4 weeks. We met the breeder yesterday and picked out our gorgeous little girl puppy. Our issue is what to call her. She is our first family pet.
The kids love the name Moona, I love Maggie and DH loves Maple. Any views on these names or how we can break the deadlock?

Well I think it needs to be a chocolate name. Rolo bounty galaxy.
Middle name definitely needs one and then surname.
Bounty Mabel surname.
She’s gorgeous.

I let the children name our pets. So we have SadFace and BlackSmall the cats.

That aside (when they were older they also named our dog), I would go with the children's suggestion.

I’d call her Moona Maggie Maple!
Moona for short.

Though I have tbh and say I actually hate all three names, sorry! 🤷‍♀️

My friend has a chocolate lab called Maisie

The only one I don't like is Moona.

It sounds exactly like Mooner, and you'll be seeing enough of your dog's arse that you really won't want a bottomy name.

Definitely Maggie but im biased, I’ve got a Maggie. I think it’s a great doggy name.

Actually I like the idea of calling her after a chocolate bar and think Wispa’s cute

What a gorgeous puppy! Have to disagree with the names suggested - that puppy is crying out to be named “Jelly”

I had a rescue choc lab called Coco, she ended up being called Margaret Brown, Maggie for short.

Maggie by about 100 miles.

Maple is crap.

She also looks like a Sadie though.

Moogie is a cute compromise
