My stepdaughter stays with us 1/2 the week
Her mum has addiction problems as well as her husband
They are said by social services to be clean so SD can go back to they’re house and it would be near impossible to get custody.
Thing is SD is swing these parents keep buying pets and then getting rid of them.
they have had
A dog - 6 months then got rid 2013
A cat - 1 year then got rid 2013
A dog in 2014 still have
Another dog - 6 weeks the. Got rid got rid 2014
Hamsters 4 months - got rid 2014 -15 -17
Farets - few months then they got rid 2015 -17
Love birds a couple month got rid 2018
Fish tropical killed them put them in cold water 2017
Another dog 18 months got rid 2015-2017
A rabbit a couple months got rid 2017
Yesterday they got another puppy they caged it at 7pm to 7am then went to work all day 8.30 am to 3.30 pm
SD is upset as they keep getting attached pets and selling them
The dog they had for 18 months SD loved, her Mum said it has to go as there dog has epilepsy and will bite the dog they have if it has a fit but they’ve had 4 dogs since this one and why keep doing this.
Don’t know what to think or can anyone stop them ?
