Yesterday I went to feed my cats and found the last pounch of food didn't feel right, I didn't open it in case something was wrong with it, but when I felt down the pounch I realised that it had less than a third of the food it was supposed to have in it. Anyway I kept it, and phoned the helpline today, where she took some numbers off the pounch from me, and she is sending me some vouchers to get some more food I explained that I used their food as they have a high moisture content because my male cat is prone to Lower urine tract disease and he needs lots of moisture and water, and she said sorry so many times and told me to say sorry to my cat pmsl!!
