Erm, my cat has no "crown jewels" (and yes, it is a boy! ) When do they appear?

We got the cutest little kitten back in April 2005. It's definately a boy, as he has the extra bit on the back where his balls should be. However, he's coming up to a year old in March and there is nothing to fill the void STS.

When will they drop / appear? I hate to think he's already having a go at repopulating our town.
