My Miele is on it's last legs but now I only have stairs carpeted so really don't need the same type of hoover any more.

2 cats and my dog shed like there's no tomorrow!

Oddly, a rubber broom is amazing. And can be run under the tap.
Or, a rubber-gloved hand.

(Then follow up with hoover, obvs)

I think I need to invest in a handheld broom then
