Holiday with dog and young children - where have you been?

We're looking at a holiday either Wales or South England with dog and young dc in the summer hols. We have a budget so can't afford luxury cottages. Where have you been that you would recommend?

We like walks, mountains, rivers, beaches and dc n dog friendly pubs.

We have stayed in Lyme Regis and Charmouth in Dorset. Both very dog and dc friendly, including dog friendly areas of some beaches.

I love Lyme Regis - we were talking about going there!! I shall have a look for dog friendly places there....
