DH brings home his new Volvo V70 D5, just mileage home from garage on the clock.

We are all out admiring it.

Cat comes for a look too - gets in whilst we are looking in boot. In less than 1 minute he has COVERED the cream leather seats in muddy paw prints and.........

SPRAYED on the back seat.

I nearly died laughing! (Better than crying)

Oh well, It's a family car & couldn't stay pristine forever!!

My Dad's car was about 10 days old when we went to visit, on the drive from the airport my ds was voluminously car-sick. He's never been car-sick before or since, perhaps it was the new car smell or something. It certainly didn't smell like a new car afterwards.

Luckily, being leather, everything hust wiped clean & no smell or stains.

The dog hasn't even been allowed in the boot yet!

We went to pick up our great dane pup in my dad's brand new jag many years ago.....dog was fed raw tripe and scrambled eggs for breakfast and of course ended up being car sick.

I cannot tell you how bad the smell was and how long it took me to get the bits out of the very thick carpet....
