Do you have a litter tray for them or do they just manage to hold it?

dogs hold it. But my dogs will bark if they desparately need to go out.

Cats are shut in the kitchen with access to the cat flap.

Does anyone have a dog flap?

Oh yes, I definitely have a litter tray for my cats.

I don't have dogs but my sister had a dog flap for her little dog.

I keep my cats indoors at night, and have a litter tray. They tend to use the tray all the time which is fine by me.. I prefer not to dig up crap when I'm gardening.

We used to have a dog flap for our old dog or he would hold it.
Our current one poos if we leave her even for five minutes so we stick her in my offic/studio/library/whatever which is tiled and has her bed in. It's a stress thing for her though due to her treatment preadoption.
Overnight is fine, just taken them out last thing

I have seen magnetic dog flaps but I worry that a person could perhaps get in through one if they had the inclination?

I dont have litter trays thank god. My cats have magnetic collers for the cat flap and so far so good.

I did have to go through a stage however of locking them in at night with the last cat flap as other cats were coming in(which I wouldnt have minded if they werent spraying my house full - yuk)

My cats do tend to stay in at night though.
