brown scab on back of the cat's neck near to her ear....what it is?

as she is her normal self and got no fleas as not been scratching and wears a flea collar but the collar is not on the scab. She usually get matted there between her ears but this one is actually on her skin about a pea width size.

any advices please?

I think one of my cats had this, the vet gave her ear drops for parasites in the ears.

i would say its about an inch away from her ear
