I was exhausted by these generic statements and I know I'm not alone.
As someone living with PCOS and a service designers at the Royal College of Art, we created Ova Thinkers, a research group, trying to change something about this.
We're researching the real, lived experiences of women with PCOS, the diagnosis delays, the conflicting advice, the emotional toll, so we can design better support systems for people like us.
