Everyone is aware of the dangers of smoking, drug, and alcohol abuse, yet there is a hidden killer out there that most people seem to accept as natural. My dear wife has suffered with multiple allergies most of her life, and has recently undergone a third nasal polyp removal because of her condition. Over the years after much research she has discovered that the main culprit that causes her severe discomfort are everyday fragrances, such as plug ins, scented candles. fabric conditioner, soap powder, shower gels, cosmetics etc etc. She has just read two books in relation to her condition, and the dangers of synthetic fragrances, The books are "The case against fragrance" by Kate Grenville, available from the library, and "Perfume the hidden bane of your health" by Johann Kellerer. Her symptom
s are migraines, nausea, blocked sinus's, and generally feeling wretched. Although we are in our 70s, this is a serious problem for the children in our society. We are hearing more and more about kids with asthma, serious allergies, respiratory problems and more. Although we now all live in virtually smoke free environments, children are suffering more lung problems than ever. In my view this is due to the hidden chemicals that are floating about most homes, shops, workplaces, than at any time in history. The perfume and fragrance industry is making billions of pounds at the expense of people's health. They never disclose the ingredients of these chemicals as they are protected by law, and self regulated. So if any of you have children, or are indeed yourselves suffering with any of the symptoms already mentioned, it is likely it is the dangers lurking in your homes and cosmetics which are in daily use.
