I’m terrified that nurseries will not survive after Covid and will take to Twitter at 3pm this Saturday, 30 January to ask he Chancellor Rishi Sunak to bail them out.
If Transport for London gets a bailout to keep it going, why isn’t Rishi Sinai giving nurseries a lifeline? This Saturday, I will be #HomeSchooling Rishi Sunak about what happens if nurseries close and half of us can’t go out to work.
Please join me! Record a video, make a poster and take a pic, and post it with #HomeSchooled at 3pm this Saturday. The campaign is run by the Women’s Equality Party, which was fighting local council nursery closure when I became a member.

The campaign is calling for other things too like better furlough provision, extra paid leave for school closures and vaccines for nursery and school staff.
