I've signed but dont expect much. The CMS barely even use the powers they have for relatively simple cases, and the government response to the last petition about that was "we already changes from CSA to CMS and we think it's fine. We wont be changing it again".

I agree, it’s deliberate incompetence...But, the self employed loophole is so ridiculous we have to at least try to make a change? I wish there was something else we could do but petition the government who surely know the system is not fit for purpose...😬but there isn’t AFAIK...

I’ve signed, maybe try posting it somewhere else on mumsnet that gets more traffic.
