Change school admin rules for disabled parents

I started this petition after having my own struggle with my LA getting an accessible school place for my DSS.

We want Birmingham City Council to change their school admissions criteria to include disabled parents and carers in the medical and social criteria in order to be prioritised for their nearest or most accessible school. This means disabled parents can be actively involved in their children's education

Some councils and schools have this provision, and I think that all admissions authorities should be compelled to have an exceptional medical and social need category.

Mobility issues if the primary carer could then be considered as a social need.
