Andrew, I'm fine with that. Laws allow his visa to be denied, they don't allow restrictions on transmission - I'm interested in restricting him within the law.

I would not have seen this in petitions either. There is loads of stuff on AIBU that should really be elsewhere, but rarely gets moved. Why can't this stay here where it will get the most traffic?
