For the 5th year running tax credits have stuffed up the renewal form, leaving us with no money and a demand for last years to be paid back. What we live on I know not. No human answers the phoneline and when they do they are useless.
I fear many out there having probs and also letters demanding money from years ago.. sign my government e-petition and get this department regulated epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/66838
