Its good to question the system. Its not good to post confidential legal documents in breach of court orders and to try to silence your critics by intimidation. Is this really the type of person you want fighting a cause?

ifyourehoppyandyouknowit · 16/01/2014 12:40

There are proper channels to question things. There are legal ways of campaigning for change.

Then there is posting confidential documents on a parenting forum because you're pissed and trying to be a smart arse.

Seriously, how can people not see the difference? Imagine if it was your person details he was making public in his efforts to try and make a point?

Ahh, okay, nicked this from spero elsewhere, I'm sure she wont mind :)

...

Judgments in family cases have been published and freely available for years.

The Daily Mail is not a force for good.

www.familylawweek.co.uk/site.aspx?i=ho0

there are thousands of cases here, covering every aspect of family law decisions, should you ever want to read them.

Strangely, few people ever bother.

they would rather get their information from the Daily Mail.

More fool them.

Are the professionals happy about this? I didn't see any debate about that. Well, better they name the professionals than the children involved in the cases.
