e-petition disabled nappy changing facilities

My 4 and a half year old son is autistic with the developmental age of an 18 month old. He is still in nappies, and we frequently find that the changing facilities provided in public are totally inadequate. Please sign and help spread the word about this e-petition. THANK YOU.
